Steve came to fix our hot water issue, which was the water took a couple of minutes to get hot in parts of the house that was farthest away from the boiler. During his assessment visit, he gave a clear and reasonable solution that would remedy the situation and cost was not egregious. He was friendly and professional. On the day of the repair after we had completed the required electrical pre-work, he installed and ensured the recirculating system worked as it should. My water heater got broken recently and Steve came in 2 hours. He gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before he arrived and arrived on time that he said he would arrive. He was able to replace the water heater quickly and also did extra works to replace the old gas line and water lines + ventilation for perfect sealing.
